You’re staring down the start of college, and let’s be real: you have no idea what to expect.
You’ve spent years preparing for admissions, applications, and acceptance letters, but no one handed you a guide for what happens next. This is a whole new experience, and the truth is, you don’t know what you don’t know.
The transition sneaks up on you. The first few weeks feel fine—until suddenly, they don’t. One missed deadline turns into three, stress piles up, and suddenly, you’re way behind without knowing how it happened.
The way you studied in high school won’t cut it. What worked before won’t necessarily work now, and figuring that out the hard way can be overwhelming.
You’re balancing more than ever before. College isn’t just about classes. It’s about independence, relationships, stress management, and adapting to unexpected challenges.
There’s no built-in structure. No one’s reminding you about due dates, checking in on your progress, or making sure you’re managing your time well.

Every student’s transition into college looks different, but here’s what I know: the more support you have, the smoother your experience will be.
That’s why I offer two coaching plans:
For students who want a strong foundation through their first year.
For students who want to feel prepared before college and stay supported through their critical second year.
I know what it’s like to walk into college thinking you’ve got it handled, until reality hits.
As a first-generation student, I didn’t know the language of higher education, how to advocate for myself, or navigate the unspoken rules of college life. Later, as a college administrator, I saw students struggle — not because they weren’t capable, but because no one prepared them for how different college really is.
That’s why I coach students like you before you hit that wall. You just need a guide so you don’t have to figure it all out the hard way.
Let’s make sure you walk in prepared and confident.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. Every student is different, every college is different, and every path to success looks a little different too. That’s why I tailor my coaching to meet you exactly where you are.
Struggling with priority management but crushing it in class? We’ll focus on building better routines.
Great at studying but overwhelmed by social dynamics? We’ll work on confidence and communication.
Feeling lost in the systems and expectations of your university? I’ll help you navigate the structures, policies, and resources specific to your school.
This is your coaching experience, built around your strengths, challenges, and goals.
College moves fast, and you don’t always have time to wait. That’s why I’m available via email and Voxer between sessions—to provide guidance, answer questions, and help you reset when needed.
A customized set of tools designed to help you manage time, stay organized, improve focus, and build self-awareness. You’ll always have the right resources at your fingertips (or on your phone).
College isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is your support. I’ll help you navigate the systems, policies, and resources at your university so you’re never left wondering what to do next.
Focused, strategic meetings where we tackle your biggest challenges, set clear action steps, and build the skills you need to succeed—without the stress of figuring it all out alone.
This isn’t about figuring it all out alone. It’s about building a system of support that keeps you confident, prepared, and in control of your college experience.
Yes! I work with students from their first year all the way through their last semester. While my coaching is designed to help students build independence and confidence early, I know that every stage of college comes with new challenges. Whether you need continued support into sophomore year or guidance as you prepare for graduation, I’ll be here.
Absolutely! Many students start with a 12-month package and realize they want continued coaching through their sophomore or junior year. My goal is to help you become more independent over time, but if you feel like you’d benefit from more support, we can extend your coaching. (Yes, it’s bittersweet, but I’ll always be in your corner!)
No, my coaching begins after you’ve made your college decision. While there are plenty of consultants who specialize in admissions, my focus is on helping you successfully transition into and thrive in college once you get there.
Yes! If you prefer in-person coaching sessions, I can travel to meet you for an additional fee. If this is something you’re interested in, let’s chat about the details!
Getting started is easy! First, book a free consultation so we can talk about where you’re at, what challenges you’re facing, and how coaching can help. If we’re a good fit, we’ll go over the details, set up your first session, and get you on track before your first (or next) semester even starts.
Every year, students walk onto campus completely confident they’ll handle college just fine… until they realize it’s nothing like high school. The structure is gone. The expectations are higher. And before they know it, they’re overwhelmed, and unsure how it even happened.
That doesn’t have to be your story.
"I’ve always done fine on my own—do I really need this?"
"I was an excellent student in high school… How hard could it really be?"
"I’ll figure it out when I get there."
But here’s the thing: you don’t know what you don’t know.
