No one hands you a guidebook when you start college, but they sure expect you to know what you’re doing. You’re smart, capable, and ready to take on this next chapter, but let’s be real:
Between balancing classes, managing your priorities, figuring out campus life, and making decisions about your future, it’s easy to feel like you’re just winging it.
You don’t need another lecture on “staying organized” or “going to class.” You need real strategies that help you navigate college life without feeling like you’re constantly playing catch-up.
Let’s Talk About What No One Prepares You For.
College is not just about passing classes. It is about knowing how to manage your priorities, advocate for yourself, and create strategies that actually work for you, without waiting until everything feels overwhelming.
Most students assume they’re ready, but then reality kicks in. The structure of high school is gone. The expectations are higher. The support is not built in. And suddenly, the habits that worked before don’t cut it anymore.
That’s where I come in.
I’m here to help you build the skills, confidence, and game plan you need to succeed. Whether you need a strategy to get started, tools to handle all the new things, or a coach who will push you out of your comfort zone, I’ve got you.
When I started college, I had no idea what to expect. I was a first-generation student, and while I knew how to get good grades, I didn’t know how to navigate the unwritten rules of college life.
I didn’t know how to manage my priorities without a structured schedule. I didn’t know how to navigate the processes and expectations. I didn’t understand the language of higher education. Basically, I didn’t know what I didn’t know!
And I definitely didn’t know that so many other students felt the same way. So I figured it out the hard way.
Through trial and error, late-night realizations, and a whole lot of "why didn’t anyone tell me this sooner?" moments, I learned how to take control of my college experience instead of letting it overwhelm me.
As a former college administrator, I know exactly what makes students struggle and what helps them succeed. As an academic life coach, I take that insider knowledge and turn it into strategies that actually work.
Think of me as your personal guide to college success. I will cheer you on, challenge you when needed, and make sure you have a clear plan to thrive.
Because I don’t just understand the challenges of college…I’ve seen them from both sides.
You’ll always feel supported, but I’ll also hold you to the standard you set for yourself.
No fluff, just strategies that help you manage your time, workload, and mindset.
I help you cut through the noise and get clear on what really matters.
I’ll support you, but I’ll also push you outside your comfort zone. Growth happens there.
We’ll acknowledge the tough moments, but we won’t let them define you.
Together, we’ll replace confusion with confidence, turn stress into structure, and make sure you’re not just surviving college, but excelling in it.
by train over 12 consecutive months. It’s on my bucket list, and I will make it happen.
I never follow recipes, which means my best meals are a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Because it is the perfect balance: summer is too busy, winter is too slow, but fall? Fall is just right.
If plain Greek yogurt ever disappears from grocery stores, just know that I am not okay.
Life is a mix of adventure, learning, and great food, and I’m here for all of it.
Together, we’ll:
